He will specialize in the separation of stable isotopes and in the study of their application. The first phase of construction is scheduled for completion on April 8 of the next year – on the eve of Iran’s National Nuclear Technology Day, the second – in mid-May of the same year. The center will be equipped in the fall.

Earlier, The Washington Post reported that US President Donald Trump decided to extend the expiration of August 1 for Russia and some European countries to cooperate on three Iranian projects that fell under US sanctions – in Fordo, Arak and Bushehr.

Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told Interfax that Washington’s extension of sanctions exceptions will not solve the problem.
