“When it is already put into service with you – only then can we make a decision for ourselves. We are ready to consider it for acquisition after we see it in the case, and it will be provided to us for review – an assessment, ”the Marshal noted.
Recall that the deputy director of the Russian Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, Anatoly Punchuk, said that Moscow is ready to continue working with India on the fifth-generation fighter, taking into account developments on the Su-57.
In June, the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov said that the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation will receive 76 Su-57 aircraft.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said earlier that until 2028, 76 Su-57 fighters will be purchased for the needs of the army. It was reported that the first serial Su-57 will go into service with the Russian Armed Forces in the fall.
