FRIED CAVIAR AND EGG

Fried patties with cabbage and eggs – delicious pies for your table. In principle, fried patties can be made from any yeast dough, but I strongly recommend that you try the dough for this recipe. I cooked the dough in the bread maker, you can mix it with your hands. Soft, delicate and delicious fried patties with amazing filling will surely suit your taste and your family!

To make fried patties with cabbage and eggs, you will need:

flour (the highest grade) – 3 cups;

water is warm – 1 glass;

vegetable oil refined – 0.5 cup;

salt – 2 tsp. (without a hill);

dry yeast – 2 tsp.

fresh cabbage – 300 g;

eggs boiled – 2 pieces;

onion (small) – 1 piece;

salt, spices, black pepper, paprika – to taste;

garlic – 1 clove;

vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp. l .;

sunflower oil (refined) for frying patties.

If you cook the dough in the bread maker: pour warm water into the bucket, pour the sifted flour, distribute the salt, sugar and pour the vegetable oil in the corners.

In the middle, pour in dry yeast. Put the bucket in the bread maker and set the mode "Dough" (I have 1 hour and 30 minutes). If you knead the dough by hand: sift the flour into a bowl, make a groove. Sprinkle yeast, salt, sugar and add the vegetable oil. Slightly mix everything with flour and pour in gradually warm water, kneading the dough. Knead dense, not sticky dough. Leave it, covered with a clean towel, for 1 hour in a warm place for a hike.

Cabbage thinly chopped. In the frying pan pour in the vegetable oil, place the finely chopped onions into it, fry the minutes. 3. After that add cabbage, mix, salt, sprinkle with spices, paprika and black pepper.

Stew cabbage 10-15 minutes on low heat, adding a little water. At the end of quenching, add chopped garlic. Cabbage put in a bowl, allow to cool. Add boiled eggs cut into small cubes, mix.

Ready dough to mash, divide it into 16-18 parts. On the table, sprinkled with flour, from each part of the dough form a cake, in the middle of which place 1 tablespoon of the filling.

Form the pies in the usual way, a little press them down.

Fry the patties on a frying pan heated with a sunflower-seed oil on medium heat until ruddy on both sides.
